Blowout Boost Thermal Brush

purchased this after trying the Wavy Talk 5-in-1 tool, and it turned out to be my favorite attachment—so I got the standalone version. This works really well for smoothing and creating that blowout look. It doesn’t create tight curls, but it’s perfect for shaping the ends and adding volume. One of the biggest benefits is how much easier it is compared to using a round brush and blow dryer. I’ve never been able to manage both comfortably, and this makes the whole process much simpler. It moves through my hair smoothly without getting stuck or tangled, which has been an issue with similar tools I’ve tried. It also does a great job reducing frizz and creating a polished look. I also like that this version has more temperature control, so I can use slightly lower heat for everyday styling. I usually use a shark blow dryer brush but I wanted something quieter for just blowing out my hair in the morning and I had been seeing the thermal brush all over TikTok so I decided to try it out. I had bought a curling iron from Wavytalk in the past and it didn’t work so I was a bit skeptical, but the thermal brush worked great! It curled and smoothed my hair with ease and it made doing my hair in the morning faster and quieter! I have really thick curly hair so usually it takes 3-4 passes for me to smooth my hair, but the thermal brush only takes 2 passes (on the high temp, but my hair can take it). I think it is a little overpriced, but overall the quality is great so it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Great brush for home use. Heats up fast and has adjustable temperature. Leaves my hair salon-smooth and easy to manage. Works for all hair types. Includes a manual so it's easy to learn. I recommend it.

Love this! This was my first use and I love how much body I got! I even like the messy look of this blowout! So much easier than a blowdryer, brush, and Velcro rollers!

Like I'm sure everyone else did, I saw this on social media. That Mo woman who does all the hair tutorials that make me think I can do as good of a job as she does. So I bought this and thought, yes, this is it, this is where I get the pretty hair like her! Honestly? Yeah, it's pretty good. So I plug it in and turn it on. It heats up very fast. I use the higher heat level because I have thick hair, and a lot of it. It's lightweight and easy to use, once you get the hang of it. The best thing I can tell you to do is look up tutorials. It really is easy, but you have to have the right technique. For the record, I'm trash at beauty and I got there pretty fast. I can give myself blowout curls in about 20 minutes. Curling irons usually take me about an hour to curl all my hair. This works fast. It also doesn't make my hair crunchy. Yes, my hair is colored on the ends, no you aren't supposed to use the highest heat with colored hair, yes, I do it anyway because I have thick hair. I've seen some people say the curl doesn't last very long, that they have to do touch ups the next day. Isn't that...normal? I've always had to re curl my hair the next day if I wanted it to look the same as it was fresh. Anyway. My only note is that I wish there was some sort of rest for it. Like that kick stand that's on curling irons. Otherwise it kind of rolls about. Other than that. I love it.

OK, so I was REALLY skeptical. I have a “graveyard” of about a dozen hair care tools under the spare bathroom sink that don’t get the job done. I have wavy thick coarse type 2B type 2C hair. This tool is amazing. I look like I had a professional blowout!!!! Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture but the first time using it, it came out super good and I can’t imagine what it’s going to look like when I get really good at using it. The price is right and it works great if you’re on the fence about getting it do it!!! you won’t be disappointed. I think it takes some practice getting used to it in your hair and how the curl take shape your specific hair type so definitely practice…..practice makes perfect. (My hair is coarse so it takes a while to curl). I’m going out tonight can’t wait to use it again! It really does work exceptionally well.

I like this thermal brush. It gives my hair a smoothing effect while maintaining volume. I like that I can create curls or just a bouncy blowout. Curls don’t stay as long as my curler but I gravitate towards this tool when my hair needs a touch up or refresh.
